Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team here at Beth Prince State Farm Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, generating new business opportunities, & maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work remotely, utilizing digital tools & communication platforms to achieve sales targets & deliver outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement Actively engage with potential & existing clients through phone calls, emails, & virtual meetings to understand their insurance needs & provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Generation Identify & pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, & leveraging referrals. Meet to exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Policy Management Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, & adjustments. Ensure all documentation is accurate & compliant with industry regulations.
  • Customer Support Provide ongoing support & service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, & ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge Stay informed about the company’s insurance products, industry trends, & regulatory changes. Provide clients with up-to-date information & advice.
  • CRM Management Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, & pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with other team members & departments to ensure a seamless client experience & share best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, claims or a related field is required. Prior State Farm experience a plus!
  • Licensing Must hold a valid property & casualty insurance license for Indiana. Ohio & Tennessee license a plus.
  • Skills Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital communication tools & software.
  • Self-Motivated Ability to work independently & manage time effectively in a remote work environment alongside our in-office team.
  • Customer-Centric Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service & building long-term client relationships.
