"Lesley at State Farm with Beth Prince State Farm is amazing. She definitely deserves a raise 😜. She has gone above and beyond for me. I am in a situation right now that has so far lasted at least 6 months. She knows me by name, has consistently answered ALL my inquiries, personally taken on my situation, helped me get the best policy available using every resource she has, and is a genuine good person. Also shoutout to the rest of the team in that location for making me feel heard, understood, and welcomed. They went out of their way to help me. Lesley and her colleagues put together a thanksgiving dinner for me and mine. It absolutely warmed my heart and proved there are still good people in this world. Without that act of kindness we would not have had a Thanksgiving. Due to them my family had a very thankful one. So immensely grateful to them. I will always stay with this company no question. "Updated Review: This afternoon I had a lovely conversation with Beth to follow-up on a voicemail she left me before the holidays in regards to my review. We went over each point that I had made in my original review and how her team has already instituted transformational changes and coached the employees that were involved. This has been a 5-star agency as far as I was concerned up until this most recent set of transactions and it appears that I just so happened to catch them when there was a lot of change taking place (for the better I might add now that I'm more informed) both in their processes, systems and roster. As a result of the grace that Beth handled the original review and the evidence of what they've done to take corrective action, I've updated my review to more holistically reflect my overall experience with her office over the past few years. She seems to be working towards an exemplary customer-centric operation and I'm in full support. Thank you for reaching out to me and handling this professionally and with unreasonable hospitality."

"I'm in my 40s and had never made an insurance claim until about 4 years ago. I've had to make 3 in the past 4 years. All 3 of them went extremely smooth!! The people that work in Beth Princes office are always very nice, personable and do what they can to help you out!! The claim I had to make on my house was paid in about a week. The 1st car claim, I was able to get repaired. They told me to pick a licensed place and have them send a quote! No problem there!! 2nd car claim, I side swiped a deer totalling out the passenger side of my car! I hit the deer I believe on Tuesday and was paid by sunday!! It only took that long because I couldn't get my car to the shop until friday because of work!! I don't think between the 3 claims I even spent a solid hour having to talk to agents or mess with emails! Everything was just made so simple!! 100% recommend Beth Prince/State Farm!!"

"Although selecting Home & Auto Insurance can (sometimes) be a nightmare, dealing with Lauren Rader at Beth Prince State Farm Insurance Agency was an absolute pleasure. She had a GREAT knowledge of all of their products, but (more importantly) really listened to MY needs. She patiently listened to what I thought I wanted for my Home & Auto and then suggested exactly what I needed to make sure that I was covered......in case of any issues or emergencies. She gave me 'options' and then allowed ME to make the choices......and then explained the 'pro's' & 'cons' of each. If you're looking for someone to make the process of choosing insurance options (without trying to 'push' unnecessary products) then I would highly suggest contacting Lauren. She made it a simple and painless experience."

"Speaking and working with Lauren was awesome. I changed my insurance carrier to State Farm because she worked hard at giving me the best rates she could put together. The homeowners rste was a little more than what I would have with my previous carrier, but the auto was incredibly less, which made a HUGE difference in my overall, annual insurance premiums. Her customer service was very professional and friendly, which is very important to me and holds value along with the premium rates. "Cancelled our policies when their insane accounting methods said we had not made our policy payments when we most certainty had. Told our mortgage lender also. Determined it WAS THEIR FAULT !!!"
